Pros
The facility is cute. Fine art Deco colors. Very tight knit community between Residents and Staff. Assistants is not faceless and has an open up door. Weekly pay and good benefits. Rehab Department is the best in the country in my opinion.

Need a better dental plan.

The patients are amazing. Beloved helping them. Facility management trying to support employees. Promoted a bunch of staff, upgrades to reckoner, new electronic medical records system. Also created new employee committee to accept our voices heard. Hopefully it is improving.
Cons
Need to be able to take more fourth dimension off, don't always get to. Need more advice from managers and department heads.

The Pay sucks 23 cent raises a year, nether staff and they don't care. They dont offering whatsoever bounuses, help with tution, and their health benfits suck, 41k only match 250 to 500 a year

They are killing patients..literally. I've worked here before I was a nurse and equally a nurse. The lack of competence, and truthful empathy are disgusting. HR is a joke and they Do Not advocate for their staff in any way! God forbid yous take a family member here every bit a resident AND work here..ironically they care for you even worse! This identify should have been shut down years ago! They somehow take an "in" with the state because I chosen the state when my family member had numerous bedsores and was losing weight. I cant tell you enough how awful this place truly is..you accept to look beyond the nice front they put up! Don't say I didn't warn you!

BEWARE OF THIS Place they are dangerously understaffed this place should exist shut down if you lot intendance about your certification or license do not piece of work here y'all volition regret it the high turn over rate is ridiculous they treat the staff like crap i experience deplorable for the patients because in that location not getting the proper care due to lack of staff management does non care nearly you your only another body they dont give fourth dimension off god for bid you have a family unit emergency they volition tell yous they dont care..... beware of this hell hole
